Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy
 

Effective Date: 1 January, 2025

At DGITAL, we strive to deliver high-quality digital media services tailored to our clients' needs. Due to the nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy on completed projects. This policy ensures fairness, protects our creative efforts, and maintains the integrity of our service agreements.

1. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted. This applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Graphics Design

  • Video production and editing

  • Copywriting and branding services

  • Social media content creation

  • Digital advertising materials​

2. Revisions & Modifications

  • We offer revisions based on the specific terms of the contract. The number of revisions available will be outlined in the initial service agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be provided at an extra cost.

  • If a client is dissatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to refine the work within the scope of the original agreement.

3. Cancellations Before Completion

  • If a client chooses to cancel a project before completion, a partial refund may be considered depending on the stage of the project. However, any costs already incurred (e.g., time spent, materials, third-party expenses) will be deducted.

  • In cases where substantial work has been completed, no refund will be issued, and the client will be responsible for the agreed-upon payment.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered a breach of contract.

  • If a chargeback is filed after work has been completed, DGITAL reserves the right to take necessary action, including pursuing payment recovery.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be granted only in rare cases, such as a project being canceled by DGITAL due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any exceptions will be at DGITAL's sole discretion and must be approved in writing.
